Overview The Team Nigel Barrington David Hollick Keith Ryde	Overview We have always been aware that the market needed to move towards ever increasing integration of core physical asset management and physical security control. With the rapid adoption of IP networks for both the transmission of data from remote devices and sensors and more recently from CCTV cameras, the rate of change has increased. We realized that to achieve the ingestion of massive quantities of data, and in particularly video, a fusion of this data in a coherent and easily managed way is required. Current control and video management systems are incapable of doing this. By rethinking the whole way in which information is collected, stored, displayed and then managed, 2020 has changed the way organisations can deal with this seemingly impossible task. back to top Nigel Barrington Nigel is a successful and extensively experienced entrepreneur with a track record in creating and managing profitable ventures in both the UK and overseas. During his wide-ranging career, Nigel has managed many UN protocol programmes and barter arrangements on behalf of major clearing banks. Alongside David Hollick, Nigel formed 2020 Imaging in 2000 and has steered the business to its current position as a leader in the field of video analytics and integrated PSIM solutions. Nigel graduated from the University of Aberystwyth and completed his Master's degree at St John's College Cambridge. back to top David Hollick David has worked closely with Nigel Barrington since forming 2020 Imaging in 2000 and was responsible for initiating the company's partnership with Sussex University and jointly developing the underlying core technology. His diverse career has been primarily in the field of specialist software development and has embraced a number of senior technical, marketing and financial roles. He has managed the technological security requirements of a number of prominent organisations and has a thorough understanding of the security technology market.
